Free School Meals
The cost for Key Stage 2 Pupils is currently £2.95 per day, unless you qualify for Free School Meals (FSM).
All pupils can apply for Free School Meals (FSM) even if they are already entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM). The advantage of applying for FSM is that those children who are in receipt of FSM are entitled to support in the event of school closures and, currently, during the holidays, whereas those who are getting UIFSM are not.

Free meals during school holidays
Funding has been secured under the Household Support Fund provided by the DWP to provide vulnerable households peace of mind. The funding will help families and their children to be well fed in the school holidays.
Meals vouchers will automatically be issued to eligible children who qualify for FSM by email.
Pupils in reception and years 1 and 2 who receive UIFSM will not automatically be issued with meals vouchers for the school holidays unless:
- they've made a successful application for FSM or Early Years Pupil Premium (EYPP)
- they qualify under the low income criteria
